The Minister of Planning and the director general of the Inner Development Goals organisation signed a letter of intent by which "Costa Rica se compromete a aprender e implementar" the ODI scheme in the public sector, with the UNDP Resident Representative as witness of honour; training programmes for public servants were announced.
