Experiential session at the TC/ESG 2025 conference, built on two MSc/PhD courses on the Inner Development Goals at Osnabrück University and a Hamburg course on agency: a short introduction, then practice of approaches "from the IDG toolbox, positive psychology, systems thinking, authentic relating and the Art of Hosting", a harvesting round and a discussion of teaching inner skills at university.
