As the year begins, many of us find ourselves in an in-between space: carrying what has been, sensing what may be taking shape, and living with uncertainty in our lives, our work, and the wider world. Alongside this, IDG is also moving through a period of transition that many in the community are experiencing in parallel with other personal and collective changes. This two-hour gathering is an invitation to pause together. To slow down, honour what we’re carrying - gratitude, grief, uncertainty, care - and reconnect, in community, with what helps us stay grounded when things are shifting. Drawing on practices for navigating change inspired by Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects, we’ll make space for reflection and shared presence. This is not a space for fixing, planning, or decision-making, but for witnessing and listening, to ourselves, to one another, and to what is alive around us. This gathering is offered as a space of care. Participation is always by choice. Nothing is asked of you except presence. Please register here .
