Two-hour workshop at Adelaide Climate Action Week for people committed to climate action, from grassroots activists to corporate and government leaders, on the inner capacities needed to sustain high-impact work without burning out, built on the Inner Development Goals framework: "The Catalyst Lounge is the official 'IDG' sense-making oasis for anyone deeply committed to climate action." Ends with participants naming a personal next step ("My One Thing") in the ACAW app. The Australia IDGs LinkedIn page called it ACAW's "signature Inner Development Goals event".
