What is the thing we all see, and no one says? This is an after-glow of the IDG Transition Forums, a safe, unstructured space for whatever is present and wants to emerge. Last session we named that there are elephants in the room that go untalked about, because we want to be harmonious and nice. Naming it did not empty the room. It opened it. So the space is evolving for this session. Bring the delicate thing, the question you have been polite about, the one that has been sitting quietly with you. This is still not a space for answers or decisions, just a space to explore, to feel, and to hear the small voices that don't often get heard. Know your elephant already, bring it with you?
